5. California Disclosure Table

The following summarizes the personal information we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and whether it may be "sold" or "shared" for targeted advertising under applicable state law. We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment; however, certain advertising-related disclosures may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws (see Section 8). Where the CCPA applies to us, the table below is also intended to describe our practices during the preceding 12 months.

6. Artificial Intelligence, Automated Technologies, and Voice/Message Interactions

We use artificial intelligence ("AI") and automated technologies — including website chatbots, voice agents (over phone and SMS), automated email, transcription, summarization, and similar tools — to communicate with you, provide customer support, deliver educational content, and support internal business operations. These features are operated on our behalf by our affiliated services provider, Grok Cor, LLC, using the GoHighLevel platform together with third-party AI, platform, communications, and infrastructure providers involved in delivering these features.

When you use these features:

  • Your inputs may be processed and stored by third-party providers. Information you submit through an AI feature — including messages, questions, and any files or content you provide — may be transmitted to, processed by, and stored by the providers involved in delivering these features. Retention by third-party providers may vary based on the service, its configuration, contractual terms, and applicable law.
  • Do not submit sensitive or confidential information (for example, government identifiers, account passwords, or financial-account numbers) into any AI feature. Please share only what is necessary.
  • Voice and message interactions may be recorded. Our voice-agent phone calls, and other calls and messages with us, may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality assurance, service improvement, record-keeping, and service delivery. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and you may decline or end the interaction at any time.
  • Educational purpose only. AI outputs are for educational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. See our Terms of Service.
  • No consequential automated decisions. We do not use AI or automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without meaningful human involvement.

7. Files and Materials You Submit

If you send us or submit materials — such as trade journals, trade plans, screenshots, documents, or other content (for example, materials students share with mentors by email) — we process that content for the purpose for which you provided it, including support, education, and account services. Please avoid including brokerage account numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other information not reasonably necessary for us to assist you. Submitted content may be stored by our service providers and retained for a reasonable period consistent with those purposes, our legal obligations, and security and backup requirements. Content you submit through an AI feature is also subject to Section 6.

8. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising — Sale/Share Disclosure

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from analytics and advertising providers, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and we may use advertising and social-media platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. These technologies help us understand site usage and deliver and measure advertising, including targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising on other platforms.

Important disclosure. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary payment. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels to deliver targeted advertising may nevertheless constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws (for example, California's CPRA). You have the right to opt out:

  • How to opt out. Email [email protected], and — where applicable — use the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism available on our website and our cookie-preference tool.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where applicable law requires us to recognize opt-out preference signals, we process qualifying signals in accordance with applicable law.

We do not knowingly use targeted advertising, or sell or share the personal information, of any individual under 18.

9. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment; certain advertising-related disclosures may nevertheless constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws (see Section 8). Subject to that disclosure, we may share information with vendors, service providers, processors, contractors, affiliates, and platforms that support our operations, depending on the relationship and applicable law. These include, among others: payment processors (PayPal, Stripe); CRM, marketing, membership, and AI-communication platforms (Keap, GoHighLevel) and our affiliated services provider (Grok Cor, LLC); website, hosting, content-delivery, DNS, security, and media-storage infrastructure; and analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads). We may also disclose information to affiliates for internal business operations; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; to legal or regulatory authorities to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or investigations; and as aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you.

10. How We Protect Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services and process transactions; comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax obligations; resolve disputes and enforce our agreements; and meet security and backup requirements. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is used, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms appropriate to the relevant transfer, which may include contractual safeguards.

14. Cookie Consent (EU/EEA and UK)

Where applicable law requires consent for cookies or similar technologies (such as analytics and advertising cookies), we handle those technologies in accordance with applicable law. You may manage or withdraw cookie preferences through any consent tool we provide or through your browser settings.

15. Third-Party Providers and Links

We use third-party providers to support and deliver our services. Their handling of information may be governed by our agreements with them and by applicable law. Separately, we may provide links to independent third-party websites or services that we do not control; those independent services are governed by their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

16. Do Not Track & Universal Opt-Out Signals

We do not respond to legacy browser "Do Not Track" signals. Our treatment of legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, is described in Section 8.

17. Children's Privacy

Our services are for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not provide any information. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will take appropriate steps to delete it as required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any non-waivable statutory rights, disputes relating to this Policy may be subject to the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service.
